Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and innovative Branding and Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing branding and digital marketing strategies that drive business growth, enhance brand reputation, and increase customer engagement across our product portfolio, including day-old chicks, poultry feeds, frozen chicken, eggs, and organic fertilizers.
Position Responsibilities:
• Branding: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity across all product categories, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
• Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including social media, email, and online advertising.
• Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content for digital marketing channels, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
• Social Media Management: Manage and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive sales, engagement, and customer loyalty.
• Analytics and Reporting: Analyze digital marketing metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and email open rates, and provide insights and recommendations for future campaign optimization.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in branding and digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in branding and digital marketing, preferably in the agriculture or food industry.
• Excellent creative, writing, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of branding and digital marketing principles, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
